Thank
you for your interest in the 2008 San Tai San. Note that our
registration deadlines are slightly earlier than previous years. Please
complete this form online so that we may reserve a space for your
child/children. Teams are strictly limited to a maximum of 4 players.
You will
be sent a confirmation email, and have two options for payment. Upon
registering, you will be able to pay online through PayPal.

sustained while participating in, traveling to and from, or connected
with these events. Also, I consent to allow medical treatment in case
